"Not gift ready at all??"
The packaging was a letdown. The box looked kind of cheap and was a little crushed, so opening it didn’t feel nice or exciting at all??
I bought it thinking it would be cute to give as a gift, but the whole presentation just felt messy and not special. For the price, I really expected better??

"Pretty solid overall, just not flawless"
I’ve been using it daily, it gives off a really good-quality feel. It looks nice, feels sturdy in hand, and has held up well with regular wear. That said, the overall impression is more “very good” than “perfect” — nothing major to complain about, but it doesn’t quite feel premium enough for me to call it flawless.

"Return is taking forever"
I sent the return back and I’m still waiting on the refund… it’s just kind of annoying at this point. I thought it would’ve shown up by now, but nothing yet...
"Shipping was confusing and took too long"
My package ended up arriving late, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. What made it more confusing was that the email said one thing, but the tracking page showed something else, so I never really knew when to expect it. Overall, the shipping experience was frustrating.

"Nice for the price, but not totally perfect"
Ordered a custom photo bracelet came out nice for what I paid. Metal isn’t super heavy or anything, but doesn’t feel cheap either, which I was happy about.
Shipping took a little longer than I expected, so took off one star for that. Still happy with it overall, and would probably grab another one if it was on sale

"Personalization didn’t turn out like I hoped"
I was really excited to get this because it was supposed to be a gift, but when it arrived, that excitement dropped fast. The custom text wasn’t placed right at all, and it looked totally different from the preview. Part of me wanted to just brush it off, but it really did feel rushed and sloppy. I was disappointed more than anything, especially since it was meant to be special. I don’t think I’d order personalized items from here again

"Support Came Through Fast"
I had a little hiccup with my order and figured I’d probably have to go back and forth for a while, but customer service got back to me really quickly. They understood what was going on, fixed it without making it a whole thing, and I was good to go. it was a super easy experience and I really appreciated the help.

"Think I got scammed"
I ordered 4-29-25, and still have not received anything. Paid for expedited shipping to have it here by mothers day and keep getting the runaround from the company about why its so late. They refuse to refund my money and keep telling me to wait a few more days. Don't give these people your money.
"RUN AWAY! COMPLETE SCAM"
Do NOT order from this company. They sent me the wrong item and are refusing to issue a full refund, even though their own return policy clearly states they cover mistakes like this. Instead, they only offered a 50% refund for an error that was entirely their fault. I’ve been emailing them for weeks trying to resolve this, but they continue to ignore their policy and refuse to make it right. To make matters worse, they insulted me by falsely claiming English isn’t my first language—completely untrue and incredibly unprofessional.
This company is a scam. They do not honor their own policies, take no responsibility for their mistakes, and treat customers with blatant disrespect. Beware: you will not get a refund, even when they are clearly at fault. Avoid at all costs.
