Cherry was amazing in helping out with updating my order. Great service

Place an order at the in the middle of April for a Mother's Day gift for for May 14th 2023. Several delays later, and the item won't be shipped until Mother's Day the 14th, and will take two and a half weeks to arrive after the original scheduled delivery date. Due to manufacturer and processes within the company the item was never sent within a timely manner. Customer service refused to cancel the order,and refund the entire order amount. I was advised if order is canceled a restocking fee would apply and I would lose 30% of what I originally paid. I would recommend finding a gift on Etsy or any other location other than this website.

I order a gift for my mother for Mother's Day these people never shipped my order put it on hold saying fraud. Sent me a email saying they need my full card information and photo ID to verify payment. No payment processor ask for that it's either the payment will go through or not. I refused to send multiple times and ended up just asking for a refund they said it's a 30% fee off of my refund lol saying because they processed. It why would you process a order you claim was fraud. Lol I lost some money but at that point I was over it just wanted to be done with them. Customer service ain't no help either smh

Was looking for a Christmas decoration for my Mum (grandma to my cat) Etsy were all super expensive and was so happy to see an advert for SouFeel on my facebook! Also ended up ordering more christmas presents! Gutted i cant show pictures!

After placing my order, they asked me for my personal information. They asked me to send a photo of my card and ID. I asked them not to give my personal information and to refund my money. In response to all the e-mails I sent, they wrote that they wanted my personal information and they do not return the money.absolutely do not trust I ordered a wallet and bracelet for our wedding anniversary with my wife.I couldn't give my gift and I can't get my money.i think they are scammers never buy from this site
